Scope

Aim 1

  1. Collaboration on extended IGSTK
  2. BrainLab
  3. Hitachi MRI scanner
  4. extension of Junichi and Renxien's ongoing effort (link)
  5. (for Nagoya) porting 3D guidance code to IGSTK and use it with NU-neuro navigation
  6. Relation to MRI realtime imaging package?

    1. Nagoya to examine IGSTK
    2. (Nagoya) Jan-March, BrainLab - NU-Neuro integration
    3. (BWH) to May, provide framework

Aims 2

  2. Porting volume rendering in MIST to VTK
  3. Kick off at Salt Lake city
  4. t-con starts 11am Nov. 5 JST

  6. Ben / Yuichiro to integrate MIST to VTK
  7. Ben to integrate the VTK to Slicer
  8. Andy/Ben starts examining MIST
