Quick Tour of Features and Use

  • Input Parameters
    • Vector Image Volume [--inputVolume] : Required: input file containing the vector that will be extracted
    • Index Into Vector Image [--vectorIndex] : Index in the vector image to extract Default value: 0
    • Index Into Vector Image [--setImageOrientation] : Sets the image orientation of the extracted vector (Axial, Coronal, Sagittal) Default value: AsAcquired

  • Output File
    • Output Volume [--outputVolume] : Required: name of output NRRD file containing the vector image at the given index
