I am a PhD researcher at the University of Cambridge. I am working towards the design and development of a novel 'growth-adapting' heart valve prosthesis for children. My work entails understanding growth related changes of the mitral valve components (leaflets, annulus, chordae and papillary muscles) and their relation to one another during physiological growth.
