I am student of biomedical engineering at the Vienna University of Technology and I made my Master Thesis in the field of image-guided adaptive radiotherapy at the general hospital of Vienna. My task was to implement a featurelet-based deformable image registration algorithm into the 3D-Slicer platform. Thus, I created a 3D-Slicer extension for Linux consisting of a single scripted module named ,,Featurelet-Registration.
