Introduction

This module is used for loading, saving, changing the appearance and organizing 3d surface models. The module is a core module for Slicer 3.

Load

  • Load Model allows to load a single model
  • Load Model directory will load all the models that are located in in the selected directory

Display

  • Load Freesurfer Overlay: If you have a Freesurfer surface model (e.g. lh.orig) you can select here the overlay (e.g. lh.sulc)
  • Model Select: Select the model that you want to modify from a list
  • Visibility: turn a model on or off
