Weird Windows Bug for EMSegment in Slicer 3.6.2

  1. On some Windoze machines, with some datasets, the EMSegment Segmentation step delivers an empty EM-Map and the Slicer error log states:
Type: Error
Time: 10/21/10 13:47:44
Description: ERROR: In ..\..\..\Slicer3\Modules\EMSegment\vtkEMSegmentLogic.cxx, line 1756
vtkEMSegmentLogic (1AE00AC0): Exception thrown during segmentation: bad allocation

The BRAINSfit steps before seem to work fine. The aligned images all contain valid information.

Test Scenarios

All experiments are performed with the latest Slicer3 trunk.
