Quick Tour of Features and Use

A list panels in the interface, their features, what they mean, and how to use them.

  • Image Files and Parameters
    • Input Image Volume [--inputVolume] : Required: input image file name containing multiple baseline gradients to average
    • Output Image Volume [--outputVolume] : Required: name of output NRRD file containing directly averaged baseline images
    • Directions Tolerance [--directionsTolerance] : Tolerance for matching identical gradient direction pairs Default value: 0.01
    • Average B0 Only [--averageB0only] : Average only baseline gradients. All other gradient directions are not averaged, but retained in the outputVolume Default value: 0
