*On Windows, choose "Uninstall" option from the Start menu.
 
*On the Mac, remove the Slicer.app file. To clean up settings, remove "~/.3D Slicer Version 3.6.3" (exact name depends on the version) and the cache ~/Slicer3${USER} (e.g. Slicer3pieper).
