Module Description

This module performs a subtraction of two label maps. This is needed for the CARMA segmentation pipeline to obtain the left atrium endocardium wall segmentation. This step follows the 2D axial dilate.

Use Cases

This module is meant to be used to create a initial wall segmentation from an endo segmentation and a dilated endo segmentation.
