Module Description

This wizard module takes the user through the steps involved in segmenting the left atrium from an LGE-MRI by using an MRA. The wizard uses modules from the Cardiac MRI Toolkit extension as well as core Slicer modules. Test data or other data can be used to run the wizard.

Use Cases

This module is meant to be used for cardiac LGE-MRI scans.

Select the input images
Register the MRA to the LGE-MRI

Panels and their use

  1. Select the input cardiac LGE-MRI image and MRA image.
  2. Register the MRA image to the LGE-MRI.
  3. Use the Slicer editor to segment the left atrium from the MRA. The CarreraSlice editor module is very useful for this task
