Module Description

Blank or Crop a datacube given either a segmentation or a region of interest.

Panels and their use

Two masking operations are available:

  • Blank:

AstroBlankingSegmentation1.png AstroBlankingSegmentation2.png

  • Crop:

AstroCroppingROI1.png AstroCroppingROI2.png

In the case of cropping with a segmentation, it will be performed a blanking with NaN outside the selection as well.
