Module Description

exStone is a Slicer Loadable module . This extension is a software for the analysis of the density of urinary stones. The exStone can achieved the segmentation of urinary calculi from CT Image, and automaticly extract the slice's parameters in any angle of the urinary stones volume as well as perpendicular to the X/Y/Z axis. The CT maximum, minimum, average, average optical density and integral density of each slice of the stone were calculated. At finally,it can support export parameters to the Excel file.

Tutorials

  • Panels:
Calculus module ui
  • 1. load CT Data: click the menu,File/Add data,load the ct image.
  • 2. input volume: Select a volume node which is the stone data after segmentation.
  • 3. defalut params: slice thickness / u water /material thick.
  • 4. "任意角度采集" button: click this button , it finished acquiring the params from any angle..
  • 5. look the tablewidget: the params "MAX/MIN/AVERAGE /AOD/IOD" will computer and show here.
  • 6. "save" button: save these params in excel file.
  • 7. "垂直X轴采集": click this button ,then repeat 5-6 steps.Cutting along X axis
  • 8. "垂直Y轴采集": click this button ,then repeat 5-6 steps.Cutting along Y axis
  • 9. "垂直Y轴采集": click this button ,then repeat 5-6 steps.Cutting along Z axis
