Extension Description

This tool allows automated analysis of Uniform Cylinder Phantoms in PET scans utilized for quality control purposes. Quantitative verification of calibration and spatial homogeneity of PET scanners is an essential prerequisite for quantitative analysis of clinical PET scans. For this purpose uniform cylindrical phantoms are commonly utilized. The provided extension enables automated analysis of resulting PET scans.

PET Phantom Analysis Extension

Modules

  • PET Cylinder Phantom Analysis: GUI Module for analysis of cylinder phantom PET scans
  • PET Cylinder Phantom Analysis CLI: Command line module for actual processing of cylinder phantom PET scans. It is not intended to be used directly.
