Module Description

This module can be used in order to separate a vectorImage (i.e. a diffusion weighted image) into several images.
Each created image will contain one component of the input vectorImage.

For example, if the input is a diffusion-weighted image where each voxel contains a vector of 8 values, 8 images will be generated as outputs.

Use Cases

SeparateVectorImage-Interface.png
  • Input Parameters:
    • Input Volume [index: 0] : diffusion weighted image that need to be separated
    • Output File Base Name [index: 1] : File name that will be used to save the output volumes (.nrrd files): a number (corresponding to the index of the extracted component in the input file) will be added to this name for each output volume
