Extension Description

  • SPHARM-PDM tool is used to compute densely sampled correspondent point-based models that allows performing 3D structural statical shape analysis.
  • SPHARM-PDM is now available as a 3D Slicer extension (http://www.slicer.org) and as part of SlicerSALT (salt.slicer.org). Dissemination of SPHARM-PDM through SlicerSALT is now the major mode of dissemination for downloading new versions of SPHARM-PDM.
