Introduction and Acknowledgements

ABC (Atlas Based Classification) is a full segmentation pipeline designed and developed for healthy brain MRIs. The processing pipeline includes image registration, filtering, inhomogeneity correction, and skull stripping. Extension: ABC: Atlas Based Classification
