- problems with clicking/selecting/highlighting (especially toggle of visibility)
- expand/collapse on Qt tree not always synching with Expanded flag on hierarchy node
- drag/drop versus auto expand of the tree widget
Colors module
- can we stop saving the color information in MRML and just save it in .ctbl files?
- re-enable GUI? if not, need to put a note on the documentation page
