Jason Swarts is a Professor of Technical Communication in the English Department at North Carolina State University. He does research on user support and software documentation. He has a masters degree in the Teaching of Writing from Illinois State University and a Ph.D. in Communication and Rhetoric from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
