Topic: Fiducials feedback from Ron, MRT Slicer feedback.

Present: Steve Pieper, Katie Hayes, Wendy Plesniak, Nicole Aucoin

• Ron's feedback after testing release 2.6 candidate 4
  • add a "Rename" label to the active fiducial entry box - for release
  • add a delete button to same - for release
  • when saving a scene, the model group collapsed/expanded state isn't saved/restored
    • Nicole will take a look at this to determine the scope of the change, will put it into the cvs head and port it back to the release-2-6 branch if not too big
  • Delete active list in ron's atlas file causes tcl errors
  • Clarify selected/deselected active/inactive state of fiducials - for release
  • for Slicer 3, update the fiducials display tab to look more like the models, with hierarchy and individual point control (kwwidget)
  • Wendy will transfer the vtkFreeSurferReaders model name and scalar information pop ups to the vtkQueryAtlas
• Andy will be here on Thursday and Friday
  • Thur: wiki to web discussions with Ron
  • Fri: download stats, dart 2, tests, cpack for slicer 3
• Bruce Fischl - his group at MGH are writing an ITK reader for the mgz file format

  • Katie and Haiying were present for a procedure in the MRT yesterday
  • their display is 640x480 - custom view?
  • offset of dicom volumes needs to be resolved
