How can I use the reformat widget view to resample my images?
red = getNodes('vtkMRMLSliceNode*')['Red']
t = slicer.vtkMRMLLinearTransformNode()
t.SetAndObserveMatrixTransformToParent(red.GetSliceToRAS())
Then invert “t” and put my original volume under “t”.
