<p><b>New page</b></p><div>I graduated from the University of Florence in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and right after that I have started working as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Nuova Gidue s.r.l., a Florentine company, which produces printing and converting machines for the label and packaging industry. In December 2013, due to my personal interest towards robotics and automation, I decided to move to London to continue my studies. In 2015, I have been awarded a master’s degree in Mechatronic Systems, with distinction, by Kingston University. I am currently doing my PhD at UCL. The focus of my research is to find optimal robotic solutions to support surgeons performing TAVR (Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement).</div>Marianna
