<p><b>New page</b></p><div>I am a quantitative morphologist broadly interested in genetics and morphometrics of craniofacial development in mammals. I use landmark-based statistical shape analysis (aka geometric morphometric) methods to measure the diversity of cranial forms and understand the evolutionary and developmental mechanisms driving this diversity. While, my primary work uses data from high-resolution microCTs of model organisms (like mouse) or natural populations (e.g., fishes, primates, etc), I also collaborate with physician-scientists who are interested in understanding the diversity of structural phenotypes in the craniofacial abnormalities that they study.</div>Marianna
