This Module is the BatchMake version of [http://wiki.slicer.org/slicerWiki/index.php/Modules:GaussianBlur-Documentation-3.4 Gaussian Blur module]. It convolves an image with a Gaussian kernel wherein the Gaussian has a standard deviation specified by the user (GUI field "sigma") and the kernel width in each dimension is 6 times the standard deviation of the Gaussian.

Input volume = <grayscale image> 
Output volume = <new image> 
Sigma = <std dev of gaussian for convolution>
