In Manage -> Manage Projects -> Slicer4 -> Manage Configuration -> Configuration Report

Add a new entry:
* Username: All Users
* Project: Slicer4
* Configuration Option: update_readonly_bug_threshold
* Type: integer
* Value: 25
* Access Level: administrator
