The upper left part of the screen shows a 3-dimensional display of the general anatomy and the location of the endoscope tip with respect to the rendered organs. The upper right part of the screen shows the virtual endoscopic image that is generated from the structures extracted from preoperative CT. The lower part of the screen shows the CT reformatted in the local frame with respect to the endoscope tip.

Figure 2: Tractography of the corticospinal tract of the left and right hemisphere. Tracts were obtained with the Unscented Kalman filter–based 2-tensor tractography algorithm to trace fiber paths of the entire brain. Fibers were separately filtered through the precentral gyrus and the anterior pons for each side.

The T2w MR scans (top left image and the bottom row of consecutive slices) provide anatomical detail and context for interpretation of the registered ADC map (first row of the image matrix) calculated from the DWI and various pharmacokinetic maps computed from DCE MRI, as shown in the 2D axial slice viewer (marked by “1”) and the Compare View layout below. Spatial context of the annotated tumor ROI is provided by composed view of the tumor ROI surface and the T2w image cross-section in the 3D viewer (marked by “2”).
